Paddle Shaft Mixer

This specific shaft, is the main part of a horizontal mixer for meat and organic waste rendering. For the project execution, we successfully applied the required standards and manufacturing methods that determine its operation. The main technical characteristics that predefined its harmonic operation was:

• The material selection, that will have the appropriate composition to effectively sustain the working conditions and environment.
• To ensure its rotational ability, by conducting accurate manufacturing methods and distributing the weighing forces uniformly along the length of the paddles.
• To maintain the working pressure on the inside, by applying the right methods of welding by tactically eliminating porosity.
• To design a modular structure, that will ease handling and therefore enhance installation.
